Tallavera is currently seeking Registered Nurse (RN)s for long term care in Orchard Park, NY. To be considered for these Registered Nurse (RN) positions, candidates must have a NYS Registered Nursing license.
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN):
- Utilizing sound nursing practice principles, the RN will ensure delivery of excellent nursing and personal care on the assigned area(s)
- Develops and sustains a plan of care to meet residents' assessed need
- Maintain accurate and complete records of nursing care delivered
- Demonstrate a professional working knowledge of all equipment used in the delivery of nursing care
- Follow all corporate policies and procedures; contribute to the development of site specific nursing policies as indicated
Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN):
- NYS Registered Nursing License
- BLS/CPR
- Physical within 1 yr
- Immunization records
